HEEMSKERK – Many people have wondered why it has been quiet around BDSM Radio and the website for months. Unfortunately, that might well have something to do with me personally! Medical ailments have been plaguing me for the past few months. For instance, I suffer from constantly watery and burning eyes. Plus almost constant blurred vision (Burning Eye Syndrome). On top of that, I experience massive back, shoulder, neck, and abdominal cramps in waves every day. This is on top of the Polyneuropathy I already have. When I ask Ai for a diagnosis, they suggest Parkinson’s, partly because it runs in my family. But anyway, suppose I did have this, there is no doctor who can cure it. Plus, I don’t want to wallow in doom thinking. So constantly visiting a GP who does their own research is pointless too. Because even for those burning eyes, nothing can be done.

I (tom Verhoeven) feel like an old, rickety, battered Terminator. But even though I’m missing a lot of teeth: I will keep going!!!

The result of all this is that my great passion for BDSM and BDSM Radio has unfortunately been forced to take a very, very low turn. Of course, this is not fun at all for me personally, but also for the fans who have to put up with much less BDSM Radio.

Programs and website:

Unfortunately, I have been struggling for ages to put together an episode of Subs Vitamins. The plan is to have a short BDSM News bulletin on the hour. After the two hours of Subs Vitamins, the new BDSM songs selected by @Rubberron on Fetlife will appear on the YouTube and Spotify playlists. For the time being, I am not keeping up with English-language BDSM news from the media on the website due to those eye problems.

The Turkish government doesn’t like BDSMers!

TURKEY – In the Netherlands, they are making it increasingly difficult for BDSM practitioners to turn their hobby into a profession. Through all sorts of childish measures such as no business bank account and restrictions on social media, etc., etc.

But in Turkey, you have an even bigger problem. Since September 12, the people behind Shibariturk.com have been under house arrest by means of an ankle monitor. Solely because they sell Shibari merchandise and give workshops online.

The Turkish government is acting idiotically at all; Turkey officially withdrew from the on July 1, 2021.Istanbul Convention , the European Convention against violence against women and domestic violence. So in other words, they condone violence against women. But BDSM involving mutual consent is a crime! Can you still follow? Support these people!

BRUSSELS – Subspace on the Zavel is no ordinary art gallery. Visitors encounter St. Andrew’s crosses, ropes, and erotic art there. Those wishing to discover the wondrous world of the Japanese bondage style shibari have also come to the right place. “The samurai used this technique to torture their prisoners.”

GERMANY – MUNICH – SM mistress Lady Susanna advertised ‘fear and panic games’. Fear must have struck her as well, for she is standing trial in Munich for the murder of a wealthy banker who had included her in his will.

Ulrich Z. had been visiting Susanna for twenty years. For 300 euros per session, he was beaten and humiliated. The childless banker, who lived in a large detached house in the Obermenzing district, decided to include the S&M mistress in his will in 2021.

At the notary’s office, the man, who otherwise lived a socially isolated life, had it stipulated that the woman who always humiliated him would inherit everything. And everything was a detached house, an expensive apartment, 1.5 kilograms of gold (worth 170,000 euros), and 133,000 euros in savings. Susanna was aware of the amendment to the will down to the last detail.
