USA -Clark Brooks 7/2/25) - As efforts continue to convert the Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport into a migrant detention facility being referred to as “Alligator Alcatraz”, the key administrative position of Official Staff Dominatrix has been filled with the appointment of Mistress Ronda Leather Bytch Queen Supreme.
“Governor DeSantis is tough on immigration and has declared, ‘it’s not just whoever decides they want to come is able to come; it's who we decide is able to come, is allowed to come’ and Mistress Ronda firmly believes in that philosophy, having based her professional career on that basic tenet,” said a spokesperson from the Governor’s office. “It’s safe to say that while lots of people will be coming to Alligator Alcatraz, nobody will be coming at Alligator Alcatraz.”
Located deep in the Everglades, less than 100 miles west of Trump’s International Beach Resort in Miami, the facility is expected to house as many as 5,000 detainees in tents and FEMA trailers while they await eventual deportation.
The project has drawn harsh criticism for being expensive, with estimates of a cost of $450 million a year, as well as having a negative effect on the environment but mainly that the concept of housing people basically outdoors in the middle of the hot Florida summer, during hurricane season seems designed to ensure that detainees suffer to a needlessly inhumane degree.
Aside from dismissing concerns about the environmental impact as overstated, officials have not denied these criticisms.
