USA – LOS ANGELES – A photo of a dominatrix taking her submissive for a walk through a Los Angeles supermarket has gone viral.
The image, which was taken in a health food store, was posted on Twitter and racked up more than 100k likes.
It was captioned: “Spotted at Erewhon today.”
Erewhon is described as an ‘upscale health-food store’ which ‘earns buzz for its organic, local and sustainable groceries and prepared fare’.
Well, shoppers got quite the shock when they saw the dominatrix, wearing a skimpy outfit and chunky, black boots with another person being led through the store on all fours,.
However, the mystery dominatrix was soon tracked down and named as Mistress Lark.
Speaking to the Daily Dot, Lark said: “I just wanted some juice.”
You can’t argue with that.
She went on to explain: “I was out with my sub and my friends shooting some videos and just doing shopping. We stopped in Erewhon. Lots of cameras and attention, but the security let us through valet and let us check out our pricey basket before finally asking us to leave.”
However, she disagrees with claims from some that she was whipping her client.
She added: “Didn’t have a dog bowl yet. We bought one after. I did paddle him. No more than twice though.
“He tried to touch my leg too high up my thigh and I didn’t like it. There weren’t any children nearby or anything.”
It’s not the first time a similar act has happened in public.
Video footage emerged last year of the bizarre moment a dominatrix led a man on a leash through a busy London train station.
The man – who was not identified – was decked out in entirely black clothing, crawling on all fours, holding a sign which appears to say: “On Probation for Miss Foxx”.
That would liven up your commute a bit, no doubt.
The whole affair unfolded at Waterloo Station and was captured and shared across social media by a user called Dutty Boukmann. He captioned the video: “Whose dad is this?”
The footage showed commuters, coppers, and train station staff all gawping on in confusion and amusement as a man is walked around on his lead. The whole time, a woman – Miss Foxx, we can only assume – is stood nearby holding the chain around his neck.
She was wearing a short leather skirt and high heels, and even seems to have a chat to a few members of the British Transport Police at one stage.
As long as they’re not hurting anyone, eh?
