A man was allegedly jumped in a hatchet attack on a beach after being lured there with the promise of bondage sex.
The attack is said to have taken place in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida, with the victim leaving behind a trail of blood after running down a road to wave down a deputy on Wednesday night. According to an arrest affidavit from the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office the man was described as shirtless and ‘frantic’ while yelling at passing cars.
He is said to have claimed he was jumped on the beach by a male and a woman who have since been identified as Wayne Streeter, 24, and Alana Cagle, 18. The alleged victim claims he agreed to go to the beach with the teenage Cagle “so that she could tie him up on the beach and have sex with him,” according to the affidavit.

According to reports Cagle allegedly picked the victim up the same evening before driving them to Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park. At the beach the alleged victim claimed he started to feel ‘odd vibes’ from Cagle who was sat about 5 feet away.
Cagle was then said to have tied the man’s legs together with rope before a man who was described as dressed in black clothing, later named as Streeter, approached them. The alleged victim claimed he began to untie the rope before Cagle jumped on his legs.

He was reportedly able to fight her off and untie the rope before fleeing the scene as Streeter ran after him. The alleged victim was then said to have been tackled b Streeter who began to choke him as Cagle, said to be holding a hatchet, punched and hit the victim.
After freeing himself again the alleged victim is said to have ran along Atlantic Avenue before finding a deputy who he flagged down, says the affidavit. He was then taken to hospital where his injuries were evaluated.
Meanwhile, an Ormond Beach police officer is said to have found Cagle’s vehicle during a traffic stop in the region of South Yonge Street and Division Avenue, according to the sheriff’s office. According to reports there was ‘blood on the vehicle’, with Cagle driving and Streeter in the front passenger seat.
The affidavit states that a backpack that the alleged victim later said belonged to him was found inside the car. Streeter and Cagle were reportedly arrested and set to face a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Both have posted $5,000 bond.
