UK – A man has been jailed for three-and-a-half years for raping a women after claiming he mistook her protests as part of an interest in bondage. Jordan Eite, 23, met his victim online and was invited to her flat where she told him she had a bondage fetish. The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, ‘kissed and cuddled’ with Eite before he stripped to his boxer shorts with the intention of staying the night, a court heard.

He said they kissed some more in the room where there was a whip and a riding crop and pulled on her hair ‘which she seemed to enjoy’, Prosecutor Tom Walkling told Warwick Crown Court. During the attack in early 2016, Eite claimed his victim ‘touched him under his clothing’, which caused him ‘to take things further’, the prosecutor said.

Despite his victim saying no to sex ‘on a number of occasions’ while they were together, Eite ignored her, claiming that he thought she was saying no as part of ‘fetish foreplay’, Mr Walkling added. The pair had not agreed a ‘safe word’, the court was told. Eite, from Rugby, initially denied raping the woman but changed his plea to guilty on the first day of his trial on Wednesday. He was jailed for three-and-a-half years and ordered to register as a sex offender for life.

Sentencing, Deputy Judge Richard Griffith-Jones said: ‘At the time, you were 20, and you were a naive young man, and you formed a friendship with the complainant on social media. ‘She – as she’s quite entitled to do – enjoyed a flirtation with you which involved a sharing by her of intimate desires and characteristics she had with regard to sexual pleasure.

‘It is one thing for someone to agree to what is, in effect, theatre to accentuate sexual pleasure, with all the safeguards that are necessary. ‘It is another for there to be no agreed theatre, but over-excitement on your part, and for that to overbear the fact that there is a right for someone to say no to sexual intercourse. ‘There was accepted intimacy short of intercourse, but it remains an obvious right for someone to say no. ‘She said that to you on a number of occasions, and you ignored that and, frankly, helped yourself. ‘This is a very sad situation in which there are no winners.’

The court was told that after he had finished, Eite got dressed and when he went to leave, the victim kissed him goodbye. She later sent him a message asking if he had got home safely, followed by another saying she just wanted to be friends. Graeme Simpson, defending, argued that because of the unusual circumstances, the rape was ‘at the lowest level under the sentencing guidelines’, which the judge agreed. Mr Simpson said there was a delay of about a year before Eite was charged and he had now trained in bar management and had a stable relationship with a girlfriend who was standing by him.

Shackles off North Toledo sex club

USA -TOLEDO – A private club in North Toledo that offers space for bondage and other forms of sexual activity reopened despite potentially violating Toledo’s zoning code, city officials said Monday.

Tom Gibbons, city plan commission director, inspected the Body Shop nightclub, 5661 Telegraph Rd., on Friday before its reopening event the next night. He took photos, obtained by The Blade, of furniture and other items inside the club.

The venue was most recently called Club 5661 and previously it was the site of Lorain’s Private Studios.

A message on the club’s website read “Body Shop Toledo is excited to reopen as a private [Bondage, Discipline, Sadism, and Masochism] centric lifestyle club. All activity oriented events cater to those who want to explore bondage fantasies and role play to those dedicated to BDSM full time.”

Toledo Law Director Adam Loukx said that kind of club is not illegal, but the city’s zoning code states a sexually oriented business is not permitted to open within 1,000 feet of another such business. Scarlett’s gentleman’s club is close enough to prohibit sexual activity at the location, he said.

Officials said patrons would have to be caught with their pants down before the owners could be cited.

“It looked like a private club,” Mr. Gibbons said. “There is a dance floor and bar.”

The establishment, when it was called Club 5661, posted pictures online of beds, a multiperson shower, and a St. Andrew’s Cross — an x-shaped cross used for restraining people.

“I took pictures and shared them with the law department,” Mr. Gibbons said. “Until someone witnesses them doing something, you can’t do anything.”

Mr. Loukx said the city “would have to have some eye-witness” accounts before it could act.

“We are very interested in making sure no violations are occurring,” he said.

The city conducted a building code inspection when new ownership took over recently.

Toledo Councilman Lindsay Webb previously said the Toledo Police Department is closely monitoring the establishment.

According to its website, Body Shop has 10 locations in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, including one in Findlay. The owners did not respond to a request for comment.

UK – A computer repairman inadvertently filmed his own horrific murder in a bondage sex session at the hands of a fake policeman, a court has heard.

Jurors at the Old Bailey watched footage of Peter Fasoli begging for his life as he was allegedly attacked by fantasist Jason Marshall, as Wagner and Mendelssohn played on Classic FM in the background.

Mr Fasoli, 58, was tied up, gagged and smothered with cling film after Marshall tricked his way into his home in January 2013, the court heard.

Afterwards, Marshall, 28, set fire to the victim’s one-bedroom bungalow in Northolt, west London, to cover up the killing, jurors were told.

For nearly two years, Mr Fasoli’s death was put down to an accident until his family discovered footage on his computer hard drive.

His nephew Christopher Murgatroyd examined his fire-damaged computer out of curiosity in November 2014.

Expecting to find research on his family tree, Mr Murgatroyd was horrified to find himself watching his uncle’s violent death, jurors heard.

Prosecutor Edward Brown QC warned jurors the attack was “as shocking as it was determined” before playing extracts of the video which went on for six hours.

The defendant first got in contact with Mr Fasoli through gay social networking site Badoo in December 2012 and offered to set up a threesome, the Old Bailey heard.

Marshall arrived at the victim’s home at around 7pm on January 6 purporting to be a law enforcement officer kitted out with a police utility belt, handcuffs and a pistol holster, the court heard.

During sexual role play, Marshall stripped the victim and arrested him for “being a spy” and hacking into a Government laptop, the court heard.

The footage showed Mr Fasoli become visibly distressed as he was gagged and bound on his bed.

He was threatened with a large hunting knife and forced to hand over his cash card pin numbers, the court heard.

Marshall muttered “suspect detained” after injecting him with a drug to “put you to sleep while I go to the cash machine”, jurors heard.

The victim then screamed that he could not breathe and began to “squeal” as Marshall clamped his hand over his nose and put his arm around his neck, the court was told.

The pair struggled together on the bed and Mr Fasoli shouted out “No, no, please!” when Marshall produced a roll of cling film and wrapped it around his face.

Marshall, who was shown in the video wearing latex gloves, then held a plastic bag over Mr Fasoli’s head for a minute and 42 seconds, jurors were told.

Afterwards, the defendant spoke into his radio saying: “Oscar one, from papa four, ready for transport, over,” jurors heard.

Later, the victim could be heard gurgling as Marshall checked for a pulse and spoke into his radio, allegedly saying: “Urgent ambulance required at my GPS location… yeah that’s lack of oxygen and can I get them with a crash trolley please.”

Mr Brown said: “Obviously there was no real radio connected to anyone, let alone an ambulance.

“There is an ominous determination and seriousness in the way the defendant is carrying out the task, as he sees it. There is no emotion, no panic, no regret.”

As Mr Fasoli lay dying on the floor, Marshall allegedly stood and “calmly” lit a cigarette then made the sign of the cross and recited a blessing for the departed in Latin – Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti – and the word resurrection.

When the visual flickered off, the audio continued as the defendant tidied up, jurors heard.

At 12.41am, the sound of a cigarette lighter being flicked could be heard before footsteps leaving the flat.

The crackle of flames taking hold and a fire alarm were also caught just before the recording ended.

After he fled the scene, Marshall sent a “calculated and cynical” message to Mr Fasoli on the Badoo chat line apologising for not seeing him the night before.

He allegedly withdrew £400 in cash from the victim’s bank and used his card to buy a flight to Rome.

A post-mortem examination initially gave the cause of Mr Fasoli’s death as inhalation of fire fumes.

A re-examination found he was still alive when the fire was set but restraint and asphyxia also contributed to his death, Mr Brown said.

Marshall, of East Ham, east London, denies murder. The trial was adjourned until Tuesday.

Olivia says she spent a number of years building a career for herself in the unique subculture.

“This isn’t something I do everyday, I might work a few times a week,” she said.

“I’m very stringent about vetting new clientele. In saying this, it is certainly a profitable industry.”

Just like any profession, there is good with the bad.

In Olivia’s case, the bad often comes when her customers try to get the money back.

“I’ve noticed a lot of clients can experience ‘buyer’s remorse’ after a heavy draining session,” she said.

“They get off and are consenting to being financially drained in the moment, but afterwards they will try and reverse transactions or ‘scam’ service providers.

“This is hugely problematic — imagine if you did your job and then your employer suddenly, at the end of the week decided he didn’t want to pay you.”

Olivia said for this reason it’s very important to keep clear boundaries, work out exactly what the client’s limits are and ensure payments have all cleared before they are given any time.

When it comes to the extent of the spending, the dominatrix admits she has been responsible for completely draining her client’s bank accounts — a fact she feels no guilt over.

“We are two consenting adults that have pre-decided all limits and terms of the arrangement. I am doing my job — they have actively found me to do this, I don’t approach them, they approach me,” she said.

“Does a lawyer feel bad when they hand an invoice to their clients? I hate that suggestion, it implies that money obtained through sex work is less valid than other industries.”

THE REALITIES OF HER PROFESSION
Olivia had always been curious about the sex industry and just after her 18th birthday she tried escorting for the first time, before trying stripping and being a cam girl.

But it wasn’t until recently that she started focusing on developing her skills as a humiliatrix and fin domme provider.

“I really love this work. It is my passion and if it was more socially acceptable, I would say I’d do this forever,” she said.

“Hopefully the stigma around sex work changes. It makes applying for things like rentals and loans very difficult.

“It’s an everyday battle to school people about the realities of sex work so they can understand it’s a legal and valid profession.”

Olivia is thankful for the internet as it has changed the industry over the years, making it easier to connect clients with people to fulfil their fantasies.

However, the internet does have its downfalls when it comes to concealing sex worker’s identities — something she learnt the hard way

“I used to hide my identity mainly to protect my mum from knowing the full extent of my involvement in the industry,” she said.

“However, my identity was ‘outed’ to my mum by an ex-partner and another worker recently, so I now choose to disclose my face in my advertisements.”

Thankfully, her mother and friends have been supportive, even if they do worry about her safety.

“I do sometimes experience the stigma and alienation from acquaintances, but once I have a chat to the individual and they learn more about the industry, they are usually pleasantly surprised.”

‘Dominatrix’ charged with extortion of Mount Kisco man

USA – WATERBURY – A Connecticut woman authorities say advertised dominatrix services online has been charged with extorting a Mount Kisco man by threatening to release videos of the client unless he paid her off.

The Republican-American reports that Fatin Ann Ward is being held on $100,000 bond on charges of second-degree larceny, voyeurism with malice and disseminating voyeuristic materials.

Authorities say Ward and the Mount Kisco, New York, man made contact through Backpage.com.

He told police he paid Ward $250 for two sessions but noticed she was using her phone during the second encounter. He says she threatened to post video online where his family and friends could find it.

The two negotiated payments of more than $5,000, and he paid more than half that before contacting police.

Ward denied the charges when interviewed by police.

But it turns out over two thirds of women like some spanky with their hanky panky.

A new survey by sex toy retailer, Lovehoney, asked 3,751 people about their sexual preferences and whether they have tried bondage moves.

Three quarters of the women said they had tried spanking and a massive 70 per cent of women said they would like their partners to do it more often.

The survey also found that over half – 57.3 per cent – went in for being tied up and 55 percent had tried a blindfold.

Biting was a favourite with £55.2 per cent,17.4 per cent like rope bondage and 16 per cent practiced orgasm denial.

The survey also asked what women would like their partners to do more often and, not surprisingly, foreplay, kissing and more orgasms were the top three.
