USA – A dominatrix who was allegedly caught filming an S&M porn video with a priest at a church altar has said that she is having nightmares and panic attacks following her arrest. She has started a fundraiser under GoFundMe and is aiming to raise money for the payment of her lawyers’ fees and medical leave. Her fundraiser launched on October 9 has raised at least $9,000.
Melissa Cheng was arrested last month for engaging in a threesome that involved fellow performer Mindy Dixon, 41, and Louisiana priest Travis Clark, 37, in the Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Pearl River. We had earlier reported that the incident came to light on September 30 when an unidentified witness reportedly saw the two corset-wearing dominatrices having sex with a half-naked Clark while filming equipment was set up, cops said.
Following her arrest, a reportedly distressed Cheng wrote a long note in her fundraiser message. The 23-year-old wrote that her conduct was not criminal. “It is unfortunate that I am being presented to the world as a criminal when, in fact, I have done nothing wrong. All parties involved were consenting adults. Everything that occurred took place behind closed doors, on private property, and none of the conduct alleged was criminal in nature.”
She stressed how she is being demonized after the incident. “The fact that I am being vilified like this is quite frankly, appalling. I understand that people may be upset by this situation, but that does not make this conduct illegal or criminal in any way.” She said that she would have to take a break from work after this incident. “In order for me to come out of this in a strong, empowered, and healthy way, I must take a hiatus from work, and social media, as my life has been overtaken by the publicity of this scenario.”
The dominatrix further wrote, “The bail <which has already been paid>, the time off work, time spent in jail, content lost and seizure of My belongings <film lighting equipment, 1k worth of makeup> lawyer fees and the toll on My mental and physical well being has amounted to no small price.” She also spoke about her deteriorating mental health after the incident. “The trauma and mental & physical stress of the situation has caused My chronic preexisting health condition, P.O.T.S Syndrome to flare up again, when previously in recovery up until this present moment.”
