Models can now drop into the House of Damask studio in a suburban home in Livingston for raunchy photos in bondage and fetish gear.

The property allows customers to come in and take pictures of the models by renting out the different spaces.

The studio inside the home can be hired out for £20 an hour and for £40 an hour customers can rent the “bespoke dungeon space”.

Edinburgh model FleursDuMal, 37, created House of Damask alongside a photographer and even poses for customers herself for £60 an hour.

She also allows customers to take photos of her from a “remote shoot” where they can control a camera from their computer at home.

But it’s not just models and photographers that can get in on the action.

The business has also attracted couples looking for racy and unique wedding photos.

According to the Daily Record, the exclusive member-only website describes itself as “eclectic and extraordinary”.

It adds: “We provide a one-of-a-kind experience, combining the functionality of a traditional photography studio with captivating setups, exquisite decor, and carefully curated furnishings, creating a truly spectacular space that inspires both photographers and models.”

The studio comes with a dressing room and free wifi while the property itself has a “well-equipped” kitchen and plenty of parking space.

The “shooting spaces”, where the models pose, also include a four-poster mahogany bed and French Victorian Rococo Chesterfield three-seat couch and armchair.

While the dungeon space is for those looking for a “more adventurous setting”.

Neighbours have been left gobsmacked at the newest business on the street – with some not impressed with the unique venture.

One local said: “It’s not something you would expect in a suburban street.

“I’m not a prude but I don’t think it’s something a domestic house should be used for.

“Why can’t they hire a studio? This can’t be good for house prices in the area.”

However, others were curious about what hides behind the closed doors, with another saying “business must be booming” with the number of frequent visitors.
