USA – The cast of Furiosa has brought Mad Max to Hollywood Boulevard.

Costars Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth pulled up to the iconic Los Angeles thoroughfare in a motorcycle-drawn chariot (no, really). If you have been following Taylor-Joy’s recent press tour run for the Mad Max prequel at all, it probably comes as no surprise she has taken a full dominatrix turn with her latest outfit.

Pulling a look from Acne Studios’ Fall/Winter 2024 runway, the star turned out in a body-sculpted black leather minidress. The hardcore piece included padded shoulders, tattered hems, and a zipper that ran down the length of the front. She paired the dress with sleek black stiletto pumps and a batch of Tiffany & Co. jewelry, from a wide silver arm cuff to a black cabochon ring.

Beauty-wise, Taylor-Joy slicked her signature platinum blonde hair up into a high ponytail and finished her look off with a bright red lip.

Hemsworth, who recently co-chaired the 2024 Met Gala, matched with his costar in another all-black outfit, though he took a decidedly more casual approach. His look consisted of a jacquard blazer, a silky collared button-down, skinny trousers, and leather dress shoes.

In Furiosa, Taylor-Joy plays the titular role, originated by Charlize Theron in 2015’s Mad Max: Fury Road. “Furiosa doesn’t talk much,” Taylor-Joy said of her character in a recent interview with Variety. “She’s a pretty silent character. I hope that’s part of the reason [director George Miller] chose me. Until I was doing Furiosa, I didn’t quite realize that’s been a lot of my career—a lot of my career has played out in my eyes.”
