Hollywood A-lister Zendaya takes centre court as the domineering force ‘Tashi’, a tennis prodigy turned coach for her ball whacking husband, Art, played by Mike Faist.

Art finds himself in competition with opponent Patrick (Josh O’Connor) who are both vying for the attention of Tashi since young adulthood – and have some past bedroom business of their own.

So, penned as tennis’ answer to the raunchy and ‘horrifying’ Saltburn, we’ve got a dominatrix on hand to expertly dig into some of the kinks and cahoots of Challengers – all while holding off on as many spoilers as we can…

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, dominatrix Mistress Valentina explained: “Challengers is a very sexually provocative film and covers a lot of different kinks and fetishes – encouraged bi[bisexual], cuckolding and, to an extent, non-monogamy.

“Encouraged bi-play is where a woman gets off on encouraging her partner or partners to engage in homosexual activity together.”

Valentina thinks this is evident in one of the most-talked about scenes in the film. Back when they first met in young adulthood, Tashi is sitting on the bed in between the lads where they engage in a ‘threesome’.

They share a three-way kiss before Zendaya’s character moves away to let the men continue their bedroom shenanigans as she watches on.

The dominatrix says this an example of yet another kink – cuckolding. And it apparently says a lot more about the ‘femme fatale’ character Tashi, than it does about them tennis-mad lads.

Valentina shared: “Cuckolding is such a naughty kink – it’s where one partner engages in sexual activity with someone else generally in front of their partner.

“The film really challenges the concept of monogamy, which personally I love as someone who embraces a non-monogamous lifestyle!

“The hotel scene where the men have their fun in front of Tashi says she enjoys being in control and watching. Her character is almost voyeuristic in a way, deriving pleasure from watching people she’s encouraging to have fun together.”

Valentina is one to explore many-a-kink of her own – including hoover play – but she says that one element of the film is certainly not her cup of tea.

The dominatrix urged that love triangles are a ‘risky’ tryst to get into as they always end up badly. While we don’t want to spoil the film, it doesn’t look like Valentina’s apprehension is uncalled for.

She said: “Love triangles are inherently exciting because there’s so much passion thrown around and danger of feelings getting hurt. The risks that comes with it almost gives its own buzz.

“However, personally I would never get involved in a love triangle having done so once. It always ends up badly!”

Throughout the two hours and 11 minute run time of the movie, viewers will see Zendaya’s Tashi navigate the relationships she has with both leading men from their college days to their 30s.

Let’s just say she holds a lot of power over them until things come to a feisty end. And it looks like the dominatrix and Tashi have a lot in common.
